Kapstaden, Syd Afrika 2013
Under våren 2013 var Yannick med sitt team från Kaospilot utbildningen i Kapstaden. Tillsammans med fyra andra ledde Yannick 100in1Day Cape Town. En medborgardriven festival som genomfördes 25 maj 2013. Festivalen var en del av en växande global rörelse för positiv samhällsförändring med samma namn. Under evenemanget var det 150 medborgarledda projekt som genomfördes med 6000 deltagare. Projekten har nått miljontals människor genom media.
I rollen som projektledare hade Yannick det övergripande ansvaret för teamet som gick från 5 till 50 under projektets 10 aktiva veckor, teamet bestod av både kaospilot studenter och personer bofasta i Kapstaden (Capetonians). Yannick hade även ett operativt ansvar för evenemang, föreläsningar och workshops fram till festivalen. Med uppgifter som att designa och leda möten med 40-100 nya personer närvarande varje vecka, samordna 30 föreläsningar och workshops. Allt för att säkerställa att så många så möjligt skulle få ett ansikte på projektet och själva delta. Projektteamet ledde workshops och föreläsningar för 800-1000 personer upp till festivalen.
